We specify and detail with coastal exposure in mind — marine-grade fixings, correctly ventilated cladding cavities, natural stone benches sealed to spec, and finishes that improve rather than degrade over time.
Most of our luxury clients arrive with an architect. We integrate early to contribute buildability, budget and program input, and we hold the drawings tight through construction so the finished home reads exactly as designed.
