Purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation dwellings \u2014 designed, certified and constructed to the NDIS SDA Design Standard across Victoria.
We deliver Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust and High Physical Support dwellings. Occupational therapist consultation, certified SDA design, reinforced walls and ceiling hoists (Robust / HPS), assistive-tech pre-wiring and backup power are built into the drawings before construction begins.
NCC 2022, DDA, SDA Design Standard, energy and acoustic requirements, provider enrolment paperwork. Providers receive a certified, enrolment-ready dwelling — not a residential build with retrofits.
1 to 5 residents per dwelling, typically completed in 10–14 months from contract, with a single supervisor for the life of the project.
